This REO-BPO-Brokers website is being created now to begin the indexing process online - as a guide and idea exchange platform for charter members to read, discuss, and make suggestions to the design and bones of our team, association, organization or what ever we end up deciding on calling ourselves.

REO-BPO-Brokers.com members have created a team atmosphere to help each other through a sharing of information on issues that evolve out the daily routines and processes involved with performing our tasks and responsibilities of managing, listing and selling REO properties, through Asset Management Companies, Banks, Mortgage Companies and other  Lending Institutions.

From a small group of REO and BPO charter members who shared their knowledge and experiences with each other in an open and regular basis for years, a nucleus was formed to create a marketable team.  The team is our network and our network is our strength, as we invite more members or find new members through the application process, we become stronger.

As members are able to serve more REO and BPO areas, we gain more collective knowledge and experience, and with that each member then can provide even better service to our clients, the Asset Manager, Bank, Mortgage Company and other Lending Institutions.

Who benefits from REO-BPO-Brokers.com?   Everyone who has a part in the REO BPO business. Our fees are set by the charter members, who also decide on who receives an invitation to join and the requirements to be met through the application process.

We have REO Brokers that do noting else, some that Manage, List and Sell REO and do BPO, and some Agents that only perform BPO.

In our members list you'll see an X in the column when the Broker does handle REO and/or BPO.

We also have different classes of member ship - other then REO or BPO. They start with the Preferred Charter Members, Preferred Members and members (subject to change).  These denote members who originally joined together to create our team and whose shoulders the team was formed, other preferred members who received and invitation from one or more preferred member of either type, and members who met the requirements through the application process.

An important issue we make public is that members can be placed on probation or possibly expelled with verifiable complaints from our clients or other members.  We are self policing to assure clients they can trust a REO-BPO-Brokers.com member.
